Mission Investigations has developed a web based delivery and management system, for anyone who assigns investigations. Though we have been providing videotape delivered to your computer for some time, we now offer a streamlined way for you to fill out an investigative assignment, view video and update new information in a secure area of our server, that only you will have access to! You will:
• Fill in personal information only once!
• Access investigation reports and video anytime!
• Review, change and update information on assignments!

How to Login
In order to start using the new system you have to first login. Your new login id is your email address. We have assigned an initial password to your account but in this system you can change your password anytime you like.
New Client Options
You should notice that the Client Options page has expanded. There are three major sections to this page:
• New Claimant
• Client Maintenance
• Existing Claimant Maintenance.
The New Claimant Section is where you create a new claimant assignment for investigation.
The Client Maintenance Section is where you update your own information
in our system.
The Existing Claimant Maintenance Section is the most extensive.
Here you’ll be able to:
• View Investigators Reports
• View and update Investigative Assignments
• View Surveillance Videos
• Request additional work on an existing claimant &
• View and update claimant’s information
